#32 - Investing Safely and DeFi Explained with Peter Komolafe

On this weeks episode I'm talking with Peter Komolafe from the Conversation of Money. Peter is active across social media, has a YouTube channel with over 30,000 subscribers as well as a successful podcast.

On this episode we talk about the crazy couple of years we've experienced in markets all over the world. We discuss how attractive a higher risk investment approach can be during good times, but how important it is to keep sight of the fact that investing safely is equally as important.

We talk about crypto mania and also Decentralised Finance, or DeFi, which is a space that Peter sees becoming increasingly important in the coming years.

Lastly, we talk a bit about Peter's background and how he came to the UK from Nigeria at a young age before going back to Nigeria under unbelievable circumstances.

If you want to see more from Pete you can find all his content via his website at conversationofmoney.com and as always, if you want more from me you can find it all at thehedge.io
